This is why "Concert Services" (CAD) diagrams are necessary in alleviating the variables and creating a starting point for analysis.
		Service Agreements Concert Services, Inc. can provide a variety of fixed-cost, annual service agreements which can include unlimited service visits, priority (4 hours or less) emergency response, preventative maintenance visits, technical support and training in use and operation of your systems.
		Preventative Maintenance Agreements Concert Services, Inc. can provide you with a fixed-annual-cost to perform preventative maintenance on your system (not including material or repairs). Preventive Maintenance is defined as cleaning equipment, inspecting, testing, adjusting, video projector convergence, degaussing of monitors and performing maintenance to equipment as per manufacturer's guidelines.
		On-Site Technical Assistance Additionally, Concert Services, Inc. can provide customers with a fixed rate to provide on-site technical support on a daily, hourly, monthly or yearly basis. Services can include support of Audio/Visual services such as equipment set-up, stand-by assistance and operation of equipment.
